MISTLETOE MARKET IS BACK!

BPP’s Holiday Market has been invited back to the 2024 Eastown Tree Lighting!

The Mistletoe Market will take place in the parking lot of Harmony Brewing, and features to a beer tent, a live DJ, and the holiday tree lighting ceremony. 

Vendor Details

  • December 5th- 5:00-8:00pm (Tree Lighting at 7:00pm)

  • Family-friendly, free event

  • There are only eight, 10x10 spots available

  • You'll need to provide your own 10x10 tent, tables, and chairs

  • This is an outdoor event and may be cold. Please prepare accordingly

  • We are looking for holiday and winter-related items!

  • Vendor fee is $75. All profits during the event will be kept by the vendor.

Completion of this application does not guarantee your approval. Applications close November 10th and you will receive an acceptance email with a link to pay the fee and other important details.

VIRTUAL AUDITIONS FOR CABARET NIGHTS

Are you interested in performing in one (or more!) of our Cabaret Nights at Pux Cider in 2024? Read on to learn more and complete the Audition Form. We’re looking for singers/musicians, burlesque/drag/dancers, comedians, and other varieties of performances.

Audition Process

Step 2: (If you have performed with BPP, skip this step)
If you have never performed with BPP, either include a link to an example of your performance work in the Audition Form, or send an audition video to betkapopeproductions@gmail.com before the audition window closes. Whatever audition window you choose to participate in, you only need to complete the form once.

Audition Windows:
Parent's Night Out: Jan 1-15
A Night At The Movies: April 15-30
Villain's Night: August 1-15
The Night You Were Born: Nov 1-15

Casting Process
If accepted, artists will be notified after the audition window closes. Because of the amount of auditions we typically receive, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate every artist with interest. Artists will be notified either way. 

Rehearsal Process
Because of the variety of acts and limited time, BPP will not host any rehearsals. Artists are encouraged to prepare their materials well ahead of time to ensure a quality performance. You will have access to a performer folder on Google Drive that will include details, updates, and places to drop performance tracks and tech needs.

Performance Process
The finalized running order will be available the week of the performance. Performers are expected to be at the venue at least 30 minutes before the show.

6:00-6:30: Cast arrives for sound check  (Called: Singers Not Called: Stand up, dancers, drag, etc)
7:00: House opens
8:00: Show begins
10:00 Show closes

Compensation
Because Cabaret Nights are a quarterly fundraiser for Betka-Pope Productions, we ask performers to consider donating their time. Based on past proceeds we've received, the standard payment for artists is $25 if compensation is requested.
